Policy # 1 - Acceptance:
When the customer orders a cooking class online, he acknowledges the
particular terms of sale mentioned on the page and accepts them. The
general terms of sale govern the contractual relations between 911cheferic.com
and the customer. They are applicable in particular to the terms of
order, payment, and delivery of services.
Policy # 2 - Order:
An automatic e-mail will be sent to confirm the order. We reserve
the right to cancel any customer orders with whom there were issues
or disputes concerning a prior order. For example: a previous clients
tries to infect our site with a virus or hack into the site. Any information
given by the customer when ordering will be kept confidential.

Policy # 3 - Payment:
Only payments by credit card are accepted for any sales of services
on-line. Cooking classes must be paid in full on the day of the order.
The order validated by the customer will be considered effective when
the authorized financial institution sends approval. In case of refusal
from the financial institution, the order will automatically be cancelled.
Banking information of the customer (credit card numbers and/or expiration
dates) are coded by the SSL system and then treated by our financial
partner, World Pay. Therefore buying an item through 911cheferic.com
site is completely safe.
Policy # 4 - Prices and bills:
The prices indicated in the order confirmation by 911cheferic.com
include the following:
- Prices are in US dollars
- Sales made in Canada will be charged the applicable tax (GST or HST).This is non-applicable for out of Canada customers.
- At check out (when transferred to Worldpay payment system) you will be able to make a choice amongst a list of currencies. The exchange rate is calculated live at the time of transaction by Worldpay.
- The bill is edited by Learn 4 Fun Consulting and sent to the customer by e-mail.
Policy # 5 - Responsibility:
- 911cheferic.com shall not be held responsible for damages of any kind, neither material nor immaterial.
- 911cheferic.com shall not be held responsible bodily harm caused by misuse or malfunction of the services for sale.
- 911cheferic.com shall not be held responsible for any issues related to a purchase made at the third party store for products recommended or not by Chef Eric.
