Coaching Credentials

I provide coaching in both English and French, tailored to restaurant owners, chefs, and hospitality managers. All sessions are confidential, with nondisclosure agreements available on request.

I completed the Leadership Coaching Certificate at Vancouver Community College (VCC), a program focused on helping leaders connect with their teams, identify goals, overcome obstacles, and motivate people effectively through their strengths and creativity.

I also completed Leadership Studies through Case Western University, strengthening my approach to coaching managers, chefs, and operators.

With more than 40 years of international culinary and leadership experience, I bring a practical, real-world approach to developing strong, capable leaders in the hospitality industry.
